CYPRUS
Shipments in Cyprus are made with Geniki Tachidromiki with delivery time within 3-5 working days. The minimum charge for shipping your order is 3.50 Euros and depends on the weight of the product you have ordered and the destination. For inaccessible areas within Cyprus the minimum charge for shipping your order is 5.00 Euros. The final shipping charge will appear before the purchase is completed.

GREECE
Shipments in Greece are made with Geniki Tachidromiki with delivery time within 3-5 working days. The minimum charge for shipping your order is 10.00 Euros and depends on the weight of the product you have ordered. The final shipping charge will appear before the purchase is completed.

All products are packed in a special protective package in order to receive them in excellent condition. In case you receive an order with a damaged packaging, the company does not take responsibility for the damage.

The company does not take responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or not made due to force majeure.

Shipments and deliveries take place at the address you entered and it is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping details. The company does not take responsibility for not delivering products to incorrectly registered data. If your order is returned to us because you did not receive it or because the courier company failed to complete the delivery, you will bear the costs of the return.

We do not accept any returns for the physical items, unless you have received the wrong order. In this case, the return of the wrong product to us must take place within 14 days from the day you received them.

The customer must return the product in excellent condition upon receipt. Basic requirement for the return is that the returned product has not been used, is in excellent condition, just before its sale, in its complete original packaging (box, etc.) which should not have any damage / deterioration, and with all the contents of the original packaging. In order for the return of the product to be accepted, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product.

The return and delivery of the products to us will be done after contacting us by email at dragondepapier@yahoo.com. Then you should call the carrier that cooperates with us in order to pick up the products from you and return them to our store and then we will send you the right item (if it meets the above requirements) within 7 working days from the day we received the product without any charge unless it is not available. In that case you will receive an email informing you of the delivery date or else we will refund you in full.
